Tri-County supports a variety of affordable housing and transitional housing initiatives

Tri-County's Housing Department has two houses for purchase in its Wesley II Development located in Southeast Bridgeton. If you meet the following criteria please make an appointment to come to our Bridgeton office to discuss your options.

These houses are for affordable borrowers who meet the following:
Must have a least one dependent.
Meet the income guidelines (below).
Must have workable credit/able to secure mortgage.
Must have funds for down payment and closing costs.
Must attend seven weeks of homeownership training.

Deadline for applications for these homes is February 16.
